Processing

Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Once your order is on its way, we email you a tracking link so you can follow it.

Shipping cost

Free U.S. shipping applies to orders with $65 or more in eligible items. Eligible items are our grooming and home products that ship from HelloCues, such as beard oil, beard cream, sets and the Cuemella Scented Candle. The $65 is counted on the eligible items' subtotal, before shipping and tax. Below $65, shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout.

Made-to-order Lifestyle items (The Everyday Cap, The Everyday Tee, The Balance Journal, The Good to Go Passport Cover, The Good to Go Luggage Tag and The Stay Awhile Throw) ship from our print partners and do not count toward free shipping. Their shipping is charged at the rate shown at checkout, even when an order also contains eligible items. Made-to-order items may ship separately from the rest of your order.

If something arrives damaged

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at info@hellocues.com within 30 days with your order number and photos where possible, and we will put it right. Full details are in our refund policy.
