Shipping is free on orders of $50 or more. Orders under $50 are charged at the rate shown at checkout.

If something arrives damaged

Please check your order when it arrives. If an item is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, email us at info@hellocues.com within 30 days with your order number and photos where possible, and we will put it right. Full details are in our refund policy.
