Orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Free U.S. shipping on eligible orders of $65 or more. Made-to-order Lifestyle items are not eligible and ship separately; see our shipping policy for details. Tracking is sent by email as soon as your order is on the way. We ship within the United States only.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@hellocues.com within 30 days with your order number and photos where possible. In most cases we can put it right without you sending anything back; if we do need it returned, we cover the postage.

Opened or used personal-care products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned, and we do not offer exchanges. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
