If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, email info@hellocues.com within 30 days with your order number and photos where possible. In most cases we can put it right without you sending anything back; if we do need it returned, we cover the postage.

Opened or used personal-care products, sale items, and gift cards cannot be returned, and we do not offer exchanges. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days.
